Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive, drug-free way to relieve existing pain and support the body’s natural healing. Red light therapy often includes both visible Red and invisible Infrared light. The two wavelengths or colors of light work similarly. Both Red and Infrared Light produces a wide range of beneficial effects on the body and supports the body’s repair and regeneration of nerves and tissues. Pain relief can often be immediate right after a therapy session.

The pain was excruciating — the worst pain I had ever experienced! I had been sitting on the linoleum floor engrossed in sorting papers. All of a sudden, it felt like something “slipped” in my lower back. When I tried to stand up, the pain was unbearable. I had to crawl around the apartment on my hands and knees. After being taken to an orthopedist, I was diagnosed as having an acute lumbosacral sprain and osteoporosis. I was out of work on disability for two weeks.
When that happened to me at the age of 44, little did I know that I had inaugurated a back condition that would retur ..read more

Pain, including neuropathy pain, can worsen as the temperature falls.
When we are exposed to cold temperatures, the blood circulation slows in the extremities to help maintain a warm core temperature. As blood flow is reduced in the hands and feet, nerve pain can intensify. Nerve pain worsens in the cold weather, especially when precautions are not taken. Commonsense steps can help maintain comfort during cold weather.
Move!
Increasing circulation through exercise and activity will help maintain blood flow to the extremities.

I have sold many LED light therapy boot systems to both clinics and home users over the last 8 years. In the process, I have heard many people describe the awful pain, discomfort and numbness they experience ranging from burning to stinging, stabbing and scalding, and even electrical in character. Those suffering from neuropathic pain lose sleep, miss family events, give up activities they love and just plain suffer. It's not uncommon for their family and friends to lack understanding of what they are going through, this is not ordinary foot pain.
Enter light therapy. It's a perfect fit to hel ..read more

LED Red Light therapy is a popular and user friendly type of photobiomodulation using visible red and invisible infrared light to relieve pain, increase circulation and accelerate the body's natural healing processes.
Red light works by increasing ATP (adenosine triphosphate - cellular energy) synthesis in the mitochondria, activating the electron transport system, and many other biochemical and biophysical reactions in the tissue.
Decades of phototherapy research have found that certain wavelengths of light within the blue, red, and infrared bands can be beneficial to living tissue.
