HI, I have a 2009 UK Zetec Ford Fusion 1.6 Petrol Automatic with some problems... Fault code P061B The car runs great on long runs with no stop starting, I can do 100 miles without any issues. But sometimes when I have to stop the engine light comes on and the car goes into limp mode, never any problems while actually moving at 60/70mph it also always revs at 2000rpm in park. I have a 2014 fusion that that the rear passenger door will not open from the outside all of a sudden but will from the inside. One minute it was opening from the outside and the next minute it wasn't. It would open from the inside still until my dumb@ss engaged the child safety lock and shut the door to see if it helped ?. Guess what it made matters 10000x worse cause now I can't open from the inside either. I need to get the door open so I can get the outside handle off to try and figure out the problem. 2005 1.4tdci JU On way to work yesterday - lost the will to accelerate, eac fail appeared. Pulled over turned everything off, removing key - waited for a few min restarted and continued 20 miles to work without any issues. leaving work, it re-occured 3 or 4 times but limped home. See plenty of info online regarding throttle body, wiring, connectors,  pedal etc to look at and diagnose. However i noticed last week alternator is also on way out (after monitoring voltage) - is it possible alternator voltage fluctuation can cause eac to appear ? Hi All! I have just bought a Ford Fusion 2009 and am finding the front footwells are filling with water when it rains. I spoke to Halfords who think it will be to do with the Pollen filter. I was going to book in to have it checked out but thought it may be an easy fix if I change the filter myself.    Does anyone know if an old / damaged pollen filter could cause rain water to get into both footwells? I've recently bought a 2006 Ford Fusion (the UK Fiesta based one) When I test drove it the remote central locking worked, annoying within a day or so it stopped working, central locking still works with a key in the drivers door though.  Any tricks the seller might have employed to make the key work briefly? Tried to replace the battery which was a mission as someone has previously superglued one side of the key together, and it appears to be missing a black plastic cover on the PCB according to the photos I've seen online. After leaving the boot fair this Saturday, I noticed a van displaying automotive paint. Gave them a call, it was a dream come true. They will scan the paint or a panel to allow for aging to give the correct shade, which is better than the actual code. I've noticed the door shuts are fresher than the outside, but the body work certainly looks darker now, than it did when I first got it home.
