Hello, I'm working on a 2010 Lx. The car cranks and will start on starter fluid, which of course scream fuel problem. I initially assumed fuel pump, since I didn't notice any auditory priming of the pump and the car had sat for 6-8 years prior (I changed fluids and drained old gas before any of this). One of my buddies is getting a new car, and we are planning on keeping his old car, a 2007 civic r18 coupe, making it track only, and just going crazy with it. It's our first time modifying a car for track use at all. All the other power wire to trunk threads feature the sedan with no feasible solution for coupe owners (does not have grommet near gas pedal etc.) Other than to drill, here is the only other solution I've found Hope the best buy guy will listen to my suggestion rather than drilling a new hole. Has anyone heard that a fuel pump relay issue can cause a very intermittent no start situation/random slight rough idle? I am trying to find a replacement for mine (MITSUBA 7002 62 9X25) but all three Advance, Auto Zone, and NAPA say they have it but when comparing them to my OEM relay the rectangular tangs that position and hold the relay in place in fuse box are not identical.They are offset. Just wondering folks, my radio dash trim has bad cracks and I wanted just the plastic trim mold that goes into. The search leads me to an entirely refurbished radio unit , or an aftermarket double din or single looking trim that is almost the same , but it's the big square hole that looks like that's for the nav that isn't the same. As stated, the three nuts inside of the car door don't make a difference / the housing is loose on the outside i.e. completely independent of those nuts. Is the only option to replace the entire mirror? It's going to be hard to to get a purple mirror to match but if need be that's what needs be.
