Hey all, Been trying to track down a noise for a couple months now and have had no luck. Hoping somebody on here has had the same issue and figured it out Issue: im hearing a popping/clunking noise coming from my front passenger wheel when I slow down from 20km/hr to a stop. It happens when I put good pressure on the brakes. Also happens when im going very slow and hitting a bump or turning both ways. Its infrequent and happens at random. But only at slow speeds. My car has been overheating occasionally, like every few months, and then I realize it’s really low on coolant, even though the overflow is still in the normal range. I noticed coolant from this area above the oil pan in the drivers side. Area circled in RED appears to be where coolant is leaking. Anyone know what that area is. It was tough to get a picture but it almost looked like it may have been dented… maybe by a rock or road debris?? Could the block be damaged? Gosh I sure hope not. So my old car was a 2003.5 g35 rwd AT I had a trango kit installed and I loved it. Unfortunately that car was totaled out when a car pulled out (not my fault ). Before I got rid of the car I pulled the valve body out and saved it. I now own a 2005 g35x with rev matching (old 2003 did not have rev matching) could I install the whole valve body from my older 2003 to my 2005 without issues. Or would I have to buy a new kit and have it installed. I looked it up and when you buy valve body's it covers both years but one has rev matching. Car randomly stopped shifting properly one day. Never hard shifted or missed a gear once. Car will shift 1-4 and then it stays in 4th gear until you put the vehicle in park and turn it off. Throws one code. U1000. CAN communication issue... Everything I'm reading points to the ECM/PCM. I had computer problems with it before. On really hot days the computer would overheat and cause all the lights on my dash to come on and none of the electronics would work. Car would go into limp mode. Fear I may have hit a speed bump hard or something recently now noticing a moderate amount of oil leaking out under my car not sure what this could be. So i have a 2005 g35x and the fob stoped working right. The buttons on the fob don't work at all but the keyless entry does sometimes. The door and trunk buttons work sometimes but none of the fob buttons do anything. Idk if I just need a new fob or if it can be another issue. When the keyless start does not work if I put key in and start the car the shut it off and pull the key out it will read the keyless fob. It's does this on both my fobs. Hello, I have a 2006 G35x that I've had now for 5 years or so. When I got it, someone had installed an old remote start system, the remote didnt work at all, so I tossed it. The box under the dash says CODE ALARM. The problem is that now I want to use the factory keyless entry, but I cannot get the remotes to connect to the car whatsoever. I've tried numerous occasions, two different brand remotes, new batteries, everything. The car will not recognize any fob no matter what.
