Welcome to episode 1 of the Run Adjacent. This interview was recorded on Sunday the 7th May the day after the Rotorua Marathon. In this interview I sat down with my good running friend Steve Trass. Steve had run the marathon with a time of 3.25.30 which was good enough to win the NZ Masters marathon title in the 60-65 age group. Steve is an absolute warrior, he has run 12 Marathons, 3 Ultra Marathons, more than 90 parkruns, and is also a completive road cyclist.
