Not rotating strains, colors, or vendors.
If you take the same strains, color, and vendor repeatedly, there is a higher chance that you will build a quicker tolerance to kratom. This is because the alkaloid levels are so similar and just like anything else, take caffeine for example, you need more and more to feel the effects.
Not researching the company (labs, reviews) before ordering.
Your hard-earned money should go to placed that you believe deserve it. I don’t want you to waste your money, so check out my list of vendors that I love here. It’s important that we know who we are getting ..read more

They also have next-level kratom blends, including A.M., P.M., and Full Spectrum. They are my must-haves currently! I really enjoy that the capsules contain a full 1g in each one. Perfect for on-the-go without carrying a scale with you! I empty mine into a shaker cup with water, and I’m good to go!

Black seed oil has numerous benefits, but most notably, this oil is great for withdrawals. Find the study here. It not only helps you to taper off of medications, or anything you’ve been taking regularly for a long time, but it also helps the body recover.
Here is a link to my favorite black seed oil. You want to find ones high in thymoquinone because that is the magic that helps you feel better. Don’t buy the cheap ones that can be filled with just olive oil. Oil or capsule both work just as well! I take as directed on the bottle.
I personally feel that my digestion has gotten better since t ..read more

Typically, you’ll see it imported from Indonesia and sold by a vendor here in the states where they will (and should) sterilize and test it.
Kratom is very similar to the coffee bean plant (differences and similarities pictured below), and it is so interesting to learn about the various alkalo ..read more
