Lately, I've found myself longing for a deeper, more consistent and meaningful prayer life. It felt impossible with the hours available in the day and I found myself at the end of the day, disappointed that I hadn’t prayed like I’d hoped.  Improving Personal Prayer Our gracious Lord understands our struggles. Prayerfully reflect on these with me: 17 Signs of Lacking Humility > Thinking that what you do or say is better than what others do or say > Always wanting to get your own way > Arguing when you are not right or—when you are—insisting stubbornly or with bad ..read more

Recently got the idea to create a small space for our younger children to pray throughout the day. They needed a comfortable space to just be with the Lord. So with that in mind, gathered a few things from around our home & created a kid's prayer corner! Our playroom prayer corner turned out just perfect and our little ones love it! Playroom Prayer Corner for Kids When imaging this space for my children, I envisioned it right in the middle of 'life'. Our home altar is out in the open and in the center of our home.
