Hi there,
I am Andrew I am in Charlotte NC. I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc in my neck which is causing radiating pain in my left shoulder including pain to pinky on left arm and at times to right arm. I am trying to not stress about it.
I have been doing my home PT and doing some light walking.
Having problems with sleep
I am taking 200 mg of Gabapentin and 50 mg of Tramadol.
Has anyone had success in having such a condition go away using PT. I am seeing a Osteopath, physical therapist and a accupuncturist.
Can anyone please advise?

I've got the constant type of trigeminal neuralgia all across the left side of my head (all three nerves), feels like I've been gently kicked in the head and eye socket, sigh.
(and this is on top of having migraines and hemicrania)
I was wondering if anyone knew whether the treatment/management of TN2 is different from those for the more usual one?
weirdly, here in the UK the NHS doesn't seem to acknowledge that there is a type 2, so I don't know how they'll respond when I try to see the neurologist again ..read more

hi! I'm new here and from sw england - I have a collection of neuro nonsense going on (apparently some of it they e now decided is FND) but a lot of it is my head - I have hemicrania continua (left side) and migraines, but also I have trigeminal neuralgia (also left side) and it's not the normal one with the brief stabs, it's constant and relentless fierce ache across all three trigeminal branches
what's curious is that here in the UK, the official definition of trigeminal neuralgia is only the acute version, whereas if you look at medical websites from outside the UK it's clear that there ar ..read more

I'm looking for both short term and long term methods to fight off the CRPS/Edema in my legs.
Currently I found that using Furosemide 40mg/day helps just enough to keep my joints (knees & ankles) flexible. My GP is hesitant in my using that high a dosage, she'd prefer 20mg per day, but I don't get any relief at that dosage ..read more
