Is there a CPT code for a procedure similar to the description of CPT 61597 except for the approach and that the resection was performed on C3-C5. Decompression of vertebral artery was performed as well as osteophytectomy. CPT 63075 is an option, but it doesn't capture the vertebral artery decompression. Hello, I’m billing for minimally invasive C3-C4, C4-C5 posterior cervical arthrodesis with intrafacet implant CAVUX titanium. The surgeon billed 22600, 22614, and 22840 (instrumentation code).
