I managed to reverse my diabetes and high cholesterol, HBa1c from 6.0 to 5.2 in 3 months. I am kinda feeling that able to decode the below about food
I can eat burger now. I am medicine free with much higher energy and metabolism.

Of course, not really, but it is being studied as an anti-aging drug. So far, tests have been promising on roundworms and mice!
Many diabetics on metformin are outliving their nondiabetic counterparts. Now, some people are even taking it as a "recreational" drug.

Hi all. I've been diagnosed with Diabetes 2 a couple of years ago and I'm on Ozempic injection for bloods and weight loss. I've dropped bloods which is good and lost 1 stone (14 lbs) since I went on it 3 months ago. It's all good but I don't have feel sick lots of the time and throw up bile and have dark stools (Apols for overdoing what's happening haha) Does anyone have the same thing? Since it is a bad idea to use sugar, it might come to mind to use artificial sweeteners but I am finding it difficult to use the latter. They tend to increase my appetite (not that processed sugars don't). I want to use things like diabetic-friendly yogurt that is low in carbs (e.g. Kroger's Carbmaster yogurt) or pancake syrup that is sugar-free or frozen desserts like low-carb ice cream bars but that one ingredient Sucralose is starting to make me weary because I'm starting to notice my...

So I was up to 350 lbs. Following the food pyramid, eating 5-7 small meals a day as I was told I should do. That's how I got to 350 lbs..

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar levels are staying at about 210.
With eating very low carbohydrate meals and riding a bike 10 miles i can get down to about 116, alomost safe i think.
I guess i'm asking this: If i can manage to get this much exercise and get accustomed to eating a keto style diet, can this be enough to possibly manage this without taking medicine?
