Hey Everyone We just got back from a spontaneous trip to Sydney because I ended up getting Darren Criss Tickets for his concert in Sydney. We were deciding whether to drive up of fly and in the end we decided to fly up. I found cheap tickets for the airline REX aka Reginal Express.  We bought economy tickets, but we got an email to bid to upgrade so we bid $50 each and as we were on the shuttle bus going to the airport from the value carpark we got the email that they accepted our bid and we would be flying business class. We were over the moon. We got to the check in desk and ..read more

Souvenirs are a great way to remember your travels for years to come. Here are some ideas of what to collect while you are travelling the world 1. Postcards  These are the easiest things to collect because you can usually find postcards at any souvenir shop and also probably the cheapest to collect aswell. They will be very easy to pack because they are so lightweight. When you get home, you can put them in a scrapbook or album to remember the trip. 2. Magnets A fridge magnet is a great souvenir to collect. Place them all over your fridge and when you go to get something to eat o ..read more

We drove for about an hour and a half before we arrived at a beautiful creek called Pykes Creek. My dad said that him, my mum and my grandparents used to picnic here while they went to Adelaide. It was amazing being there. They went before I was born so It was my first time going. Photo taken from booking.com The Haymarket Hotel in Edinburgh is located right across the road from the Haymarket train station. There is also a bus from the airport that drops you off a few meters from the hotel. The Haymarket hotel it a townhouse hotel.  We made the mistake of going to the wrong hotel. There is another hotel called Haymarket hub hotel which we thought was the one but it wasn't. The one we stayed at was only a short walk around the corner. I was travelling with my dad so we wanted 2 single beds. When we checked in the friendly staff took us to a room on the ..read more

When I went to the Uk, one place I know I wanted to go was Stonehenge. I just love the history of the stones and they are just beautiful. It's one of Britains most popular attractions. It's also a UNESCO world heritage site. It's in the county of Wiltshire in England close to the city of Salisbury. Stonehenge is only 2 and a half hours away from London so it's easily done as a day trip. Over 800,000 people visit the stones each year. The gift shop / Visitor centre contains a cafe for you to relax and enjoy a coffee after seeing the stones. They also have so many souveniers we brought magne ..read more

I've decided to start reviewing food on this blog as well. They will either be food I have eaten on trips or even in my hometown, or even restaurant recommendations. They will most likely be short reviews with a history of the food item. I love taking photos of food so I will be posting those as well as videos on some of them. One thing we were told to try in London was a Cornish Pasty. We were at Kings cross station and spotted them at a stall, so we decided to get one. We ended up buy a giant one to share. It had Beef, Potato, Onion, Swede, and Black pepper. I wasn't really sure what Swede ..read more
