I shamefully admit, that as a Vermonter, I’m quite unacquainted with Sugarbush. I’m cycling a pretty gnarly 100+ mile route incorporating a handful of the gaps tomorrow, and I’m wondering if I can simply just make the resort my starting point, or if I need to look elsewhere? It would make my morning drive over from eastern VT a lot easier. I’m thinking it will take me around seven hours to complete, so I’d be leaving my car there for that entire time. Appreciate any insight!

Hey r/vermont!
I am looking to meet up with a family member this weekend near Hartford, VT around noon or so. We are thinkin about getting a bite to eat and checking out the area. Anyone go suggestions? We’re coming up 89 so flexible within 20-30 minutes of that area , too!
Looks like overcast but we’ll see!
thanks!

Been looking for someone to pave ~3 car width by ~1 car length more of my driveway but keep getting ghosted. In Chittenden county would be preferable. Any recommendations? Thanks!

From MyChamplainValley
Just two days after the Notch Road opened for the season a tractor-trailer nearly got stuck on Thursday when the driver went around the chicanes designed to prevent trucks from driving onto the narrow, twisting road.
Todd Sears, with the Agency of Transportation, says a tractor-trailer was driving up Route 108 from the Cambridge side around 11:26 a.m. when it used the left-hand lane to drive around the chicane. The truck continued up the road before using a parking area to turn around and head back toward Cambridge. Sears said there was no stuckage.

The only hop farms I know of are Champlain Valley and Wicked Bines.
Does anyone else know of any other Hop farmers in the state, small or large?
