Iv been fishing 10 times this year. And have yet to catch any catfish. We use them to help get by in the winter. We tryed every were from winfield up to gauley every bait and rig known to man. Not one catfish.
Sure some catch one here and there. So we here. Nothing like it used to be.
They are endangered up here. Because they cant get from mouth of river to come up and spawn. Put fish passage ways in these locks DNR or stop makeing us buy licences. And i havent seen no one cleaning up...
