I was introduced to the idea of a ‘labour aid’ drink during my second pregnancy and it turned out to be a real lifesaver – not just for me but also for my doula clients as I make up the recipe and bring it with me for them.

Many women are keen to start losing weight and toning up after having a baby. It’s ok to want this. But you need to approach it in the right way, and you might need to manage your expectations about how long it will take.
