Hi everyone! Hoping to get on the water tomorrow. With all the rain recently, I am concerned water levels may be too high for wading. Can anyone help me understand normal flow vs 'too much water' for these rivers? ie, what is the measurement (flow vs depth) and where to look for current flow? Thanks so much for taking the time! Its so hard to get out these days, it would be a bummer to pick the wrong spot to head toward because water is raging, lol. BTW-- I did check South Branch... Read more ..read more

I recently found I love going after trout after fishing the D&R for stockies and doing some catch & cooks. I have been... Read more ..read more

Well I'll kick off the Covid-19 social distancing from last Sunday. I headed out to a NJ WTS that I fished in early December and didn't do doodely squat at that time but the water as I remembered from years back should have a good number of BT. I tied on my favorite attractor dry Humpy in color Fl. pink and started to work my way upstream. For about the first half hour or so I had no takers, but as soon as the sun got high enough to warm the ravine the fish started to cooperate. Here is a... Read more ..read more
