Went goose hunting in the salt marsh near Atlantic City, New Jersey, yesterday afternoon. Didn’t see or hear a goose. Saw 5 deer. Three deer were in the marsh. Took photos of the last one ..read more

Went goose hunting in the salt marsh near Atlantic City yesterday afternoon. Only saw one flock of Canada geese flying south too high to shoot. Saw lots of fiddler crabs . Took pics and made a video ..read more

Downed two hen hooded mergansers with one shot, then dropped a black with one shot while jump shooting three miles in the salt marsh near Atlantic City this afternoon on the incoming tide. Heard 26 shots from the islands. Lots of ice and snow in the marsh but few waterfowl. The past two waterfowl hunting seasons were the worst ever ..read more

Went waterfowling in a tributary of a tributary of the tidal Delaware River this afternoon on a cold, sunny day with a light west wind and outgoing tide. Killed a Canada goose and drake mallard with my first shot of the day. Returned to the spot where I got my Canada goose limit on Friday, then pass shot 2 Canada geese to complete my limit for the day.
