Strange oled TV problem < back story. So was going to write a long post but basically Smart plugs turn off electric radiators Sony oled randomly loses picture&sound for a second. Hello folks hope you are all well So iv been watching some football (i am UK based) and to say im very underwhelmed with the picture quality is an understatement. I know it depends on the feed (4k, FHD etc and the frame rates the channel is in) but honestly I must not be selecting something right as the picture quality is bad! I've just purchased an LG C3 55 inch and LG Series 6 Soundbar. I have 1TB Sky Q and a PS5. I already have the HDMI cable supplied with the PS5, a HDMI 2.0 cable and a spare Cat 6e LAN to connect the TV. I'll have whatever cables that come with the soundbar. I've upgraded to UHD with Sky. Hi Folks, I have a LG C3 65 that was working fine until 2 days ago, No changes have been made on the TV. All the apps are unavailable, even the "apps" store... "This app or service is currently unavailable In your country, please contact the customer service centre" I have factory reset the TV and forced the location manually, created a new LG account but none resolves it... I have an LF CX which is fantastic. My partner is currently looking to upgrade her 10 year old TV and is looking to purchase a 55 OLED. She really likes my CX but obviously that is no longer on sale and the newer models would be an upgrade which is not necessary for her viewing usage and habits (Netflix, Prime, terrestrial TV, no gaming). Still loving my 65" Panasonic VT50, but with UHD content becoming increasingly available, the time feels right to move over to an OLED tv. I find the plasma so much nicer for watching sport and normal TV compared to the 58" GX800 LED we have in another room. It is understandable that manufacturers constantly develop gimmicks to encourage us to buy new TVs and more people are going to buy a product that provides more tech, but I'm not interested in gaming, Hi-fi sound, or eye-searing... I just got my 48 in c3. The remote worked fine with Xfinity cable box, but I wasn’t getting hd correctly. Xfinity said I had to upgrade to a new 4k box. Just had the panel replaced on my GX6 as had lots of pixel issues around screen , now it’s back with new screen but the pixel shift option is now greyed out !! ? None of the tv settings were reset as it’s all as it was but before it was changed I could turn the pixel shift on and off but now is greyed out in off position .
