Hey all. Just bought the new iPad OLED. At night when I fired up with kindle app noticed this green spot in the bottom right corner. Don’t see it during the day but at night or pitch black ambient environment it is noticeable and doesn’t go away. Same location. What do yall recommend I do? Should I take it back to Apple? Seems like a hardware issue. (Small one) submitted by /u/aedan_imperial [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

LG C3 and C4 remote codes - are they the same?

I've ordered an LG C4 48" panel and am currently setting up my Safabaton remote. When I go to add device there are codes for the LG C3, but not for the C4. I know I can get the remote to learn the C4 codes - but I wondered if they would be the same so I can just add the C3 and it would do the job. Does anyone know if they are the same codes? submitted by /u/scgf01 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Recently got the LG c1 oled and realized games that support vrr (rachet & clank, Hogwarts legacy and Spider-Man) goes black with only audio working. The only way they work is to disable vrr in game mode Is there any way to get it to work? I'm on the latest LG update submitted by /u/Jeauxie24 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Is there a way to get the TV Apps to look the same on PC?

With both LG C2 and QNED they both have the same problem where gaming or watching high quality 4K content is amazing. But you try and watch something that was shot even 10 years ago it's a coin toss whether or not it will have this grainy look. Also had experience with one rather recent movie in 4K having the same problem, but otherwise new content has been great, watching most people's Youtube videos even if they are only 720p or 1080p don't have this issue. I mainly notice it when I want to watch older shows and movies. I started seeing a specific scene on Youtube, decided I wanted to rewat ..read more

LG C2 HDR / Gsync

Hello all, Having come to terms with the VRR flicker issue, i've run into another problem with my C2. If GSYNC is enabled, HDR looks incredibly washed out - turning it off it immediatly goes back to looking correct. Is there a setting or something i'm missing? I've tried both 'default colour settings' and 'NVIDIA colour settings', same thing happens with both. It's not an 'SDR' brightness slider issue either. Currently set to: Highest (32 bit) 10bpc RGB Full I'm on an R95900, 3080, LG C2 48. submitted by /u/PCScrub9000 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Vertical Line on S89C (Even when it’s off)

Hi, I have a 1 month old S89C and I noticed that it has a discolored line. It’s not always visible, only when I’m sitting at certain angles, but then it’s quite noticeable (especially if the room is bright) Any ideas? Is that what banding is? When I look at uniformity images, it looks fine. It’s a single, roughly 3/4 inch about 1/3 the the TV width from the right side. submitted by /u/ForkeySpoon [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I Bought the GR 2 weeks ago for $600 and i like it but i find it too dim and abl too aggresive sometimes. Today i saw the GS for $700 and i have seen that its much better. For people that have tried both, is it that much better? Would it be worth the hassle of returning the GR and paying 100 more? Sorry for my bad english submitted by /u/JoMy912 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

On my LG C3 when in Game Optimizer Mode: For the Color Gamut setting, what is the difference between "Native" and "Dynamic"?

I know everyone asks about Auto vs Native, and that Native looks more saturated. But, to my eye, Dynamic looks very similar to Native. What is the purpose of Dynamic vs Native? submitted by /u/Beefy_Crunch_Burrito [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
