The Chalet Pop Up Bar at Le Meridien Clayton is definitely one of the best holiday pop up bars in St. Louis. Highly recommend grabbing some friends or your date and checking it out. Winter Pop Up Bar Last night we were invited to a preview event for the Chalet Pop Up Bar at Le Meridien St. Louis in Clayton. We enjoyed delicious winter-themed appetizers like baked Brie with bacon onion jam (my favorite) and Chevre Cheese Tartlets.
