I've been out of it for the last few years, been so career-focused and it finally reached a point where I said no more. I'm doing what I want and my life is no longer going to revolve around work. Bought 2 boats, another dog, I'm getting back into it. One reason I drifted away for a while was the hunting was just terrible. I live 2 miles from Waurika Lake. Normally, this time of year, there are ducks and geese galore. We just had a hard (23°) freeze. Still very little waterfowl. There is a huge wheatfield east of me. It normally loads up with Canada's. I've seen a few resident birds, but the big northern flocks haven't gotten here yet.
