Hi, i have sadly crashed my V50 2010 1.6D. My frame is bent beyond repair, but everything else except the front body work is in very good shape, even the engine has no damages except for a cracked mount, and thats replaceable. I have plans to get another V50 that is in onay shape where i can transfer my new parts like brakes, dynamo and so on over, but i was wondering if the parts between say a 1.6 and 2.0 were similair? My cd/radio player often switches off when on really low rpm (like parking and stuff) on my v50 2006 T5 Flexifuel Manual. A certified mechanix recently changed the generator but got surprised when I said this started to happen after the change. A couple of days ago my dad took our V50 out for work but it refused to start completely. I have checked to see if there is fuel pressure and there seems to be fuel coming out of the injector lines, and their connections are not loose or dirty either. I also checked the fault codes and there is no mention of any fuel related ones.
