We are back! After taking a break for a little more than a quarter, we are back with the Sabbath School Podcast. This lesson reviews the walk we take to be in God’s light. This walk, being one that was laid before us by God, at times can be a hard one to follow. We are tempted by sin at every point, but the one thing we have on our side to defend ourselves against the cunningness of sin is our faith in God, His Word, and the promise of His blessings. This week we look at the Psalms and how they inform the Christians today how they should walk in this strange lands. The strange lands being the world that we all walk in. The way Satan has corrupted this world has changed it to being a place where those that are righteous and walk with God are seen as outcasts. We look at a few of the Psalms themselves and discuss the intent of the writer to call upon God to provide strength, guidance, wisdom and hope in times of despair, anger, sadness and loneliness.
