I was supposed to get green onions for Nancy’s bean and corn salad but WinCo had none I could see so grabbed three bunches of these I’d never seen before. She looked up this recipe and I liked them, she didn’t. Cebollitas Asadas (Grilled Cambray Onions) Cebollitas Asadas are the perfect touch to any dish like carne asada, tacos, pollo asado and more. Very easy to make and are delicious! www.muydelish.com ..read more

When they did it on the show, it was the most moist piece of brisket I've ever seen, the juice just squirted out when the meat was pressed. So, we've got a small piece to grind up with a chuck cut for burgers and a couple of other pieces to do... Read more ..read more

It's funny, we go to Michigan every year and take our own boat. Pretty much that boat makes two trips a day, every day, while we're there. Between 25 and 30 of us go every year and we bring enough fresh salmon to feed everyone and send everyone home with a big bag of salmon. We bring in some serious fish: In the pic above, from the left, are my cousin Tom, the third Grillin Fool, his friend Brad and Tom's dad, Gary. And... Read more ..read more

Last night I grilled bacon wrapped all beef hotdogs. One long strip of baacon will just wrap a dog. The bacon was held in place wit a tooth pick. The directions said to soak them in water but that never works. They were excellent. Of course my fire was to hot and burned alder and hickory for smoke ..read more

Last weekend we have made chicken BBQ when we went for a small trip. I just marinated the chicken and stored in freezer. The more time you keep it in freezer after marinating, it will be tastier. Ingredients : 1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil 2 tbsp (25 mL) sodium reduced soy sauce 2 tsp (10 mL) curry powder 2 cloves garlic, rasped or pureed 2 tsp(10 mL) pure maple syrup 1/4 tsp (1 mL) grated lemon zest 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice 1/4 tsp (1 mL) cayenne pepper 2 lb (1 kg) boneless skinless...
