And just when I thought it was going to be a slow week, boom, two more high rises are revealed. This time on a public domain permit listing (with a heads up from Urban Planet). They are actually a couple of blocks away from the Musica roundabout which marks the eastern limits of world-famous Music Row, but they can see it from there. Disappointing news about this one. It is on hold temporarily in spite of securing loans obtaining the land. The owners, who were prepared to build it without a tenant lined up, are now concerned that many companies looking at Nashville to relocate or open branches may be holding off until the economic climate settles down. It's a shame that this particular building is not a go for the moment as it would be a perfect fit in the dense little mid-rise neighborhood just off world famous Music...
