Just joined, sorry if I'm not following protocol. Nissan Maxima 2010 SV 130k miles Transmission will not go into gear. Can someone point me to the transmission repair manual for this particular transmission CVT-JF010E, 1XE2A, RE0F09B (I think all these numbers identify the same transmission). 2014 Nissan Maxima recently overheated due to oil cooler goin out. A week later the radiator cracked a leak, antifreeze sprayed all over engine. About a week after replacing radiator the car started throwing misfires codes. I changed the mass air flow sensor, all plugs and ignition coils, pvc valve and intake gasket, also replaced a couple cracked hoses. Took car for a fuel system Cleaning. Last night I removed the front left spring/strut assembly on my car. Is there any trick to reinstalling it, please? When I slide the top side with the 3 bolts in to the car with or without even putting the nuts in, I can’t seem to get the spindle/knuckle to clear and line up so I can get the bottom 2 bolts into the strut assembly. It doesn't hold charge so I don't know. Before it was losing the ability to accelerate then it would jerk back into gear. I switched out the two camshaft sensors though and while the battery is charged, it hasn't happened again.. What could be the main problem ..read more

Changed oil in car today. Started adding oil back and only got about three quarts in and it read above the high mark. I started the car and let it run for 5 minutes and checked again. Still high. My transmission isn’t responding to when I shift. It doesn’t move just accelerated rpm’s. I changed all three solenoids and the six gear solenoids. I flushed the transmission fluid three times. I didn’t put a gasket sealer on the pan that covers the solenoids and was leaking fluid a little. I put a gallon of transmission fluid in. It doesn’t jerk or stall or have any loud engine noise. High pressure hose was leaking. Wanted to drain system faster than using a suction syphon. Disconnected return line at reservoir to drain system and started engine to pump the rest out. Pump Screamed extremely loud for a few seconds til I shut it off. The pitch of the screen sounded like something was gonna break. Proceeded to get hose off and install new one. Pretty confident I installed the correct ends where they belong. It’s a 14mm on the steering rack end and a 24mm going into the pump...
