SMCISD transportation is on LCRA's Opensky system rather than P25. The talkgroups listed as belonging to SMCISD are most likely from Hays ISD. 14016 appears to their main bus dispatch channel, whilst some other TGIDs starting with 14--- such as 14010 or 14011 may be campus channels.
