Hi there! A couple of weeks ago I was driving my 2017 Audi A4 Quattro and the MMI center knob was working normally as I was switching between apps in CarPlay. Suddenly, out of nowhere, I felt like something had changed with the center button. Hello to all, I'm trying to help my grandson out. He has an 2012 A4 2.0T that he says has a "low oil light". The car has 140K miles. I just picked up a 2006 Audi A4 1.8t convertible. Day I picked it up I rolled driver window down then it wouldn’t go up. So I checked every fuse and they are all good. Battery was new but after sitting for about 6 months it would charge so I picked up brand new battery 2/16/2024. I figured the battery was bad it wouldn’t let me bring up the window. Hi, I am working on a 2011 A4 Quattro and need a timing chain kit. I have looked online and am finding kits from $50 to $400 to $1100. Which one should I go with? I would like to stay under $400. Also, the engine jumped timing while running. It skipped time while at idle. Should I expect to have valvetrain damage or will a new timing chain fix the issue? Thanks ..read more

Just bought an 2009 adui a4 2.0T quattro and value cover gasket was leaking badly so I replaced it. Since then it's misfiring on 3 and 4 bad, I replaced coils, spark plugs, mass air flow sensor, pvc value, and even the vacuum pump. Still after all that it misfiring badly during all these issues the cat did get red hot a few times but isn't now anybody go any ideas I'm stuck here and as an autobody technician trying to save money I'm lost here ..read more

Hi; 2005 A4 B6 1.8TQM I've been having intermittent issues with opening the trunk from the button on the drivers side door, key fob, or using the release switch in the trunk handle. Yesterday it stopped working completely. Can only open the trunk using the key. There's no sound at all indicating the trunk lock actuator is working. I own a 2010 A4 Quattro. I got up for work and it would not start. It was making a whining noise so I replaced the starter. After that it was making a clicking noise so I replaced the starter again.
