We had a leak in the bathroom and about a 4' section of the ceiling in the kitchen collapsed. Can anyone recommend someone to take a look at it for me? Thanks in advance!

RIP Bourse Food Hall, not that its recent conversion worked at all. Phila Biz Journal:
Two months after a pair of high-profile Philadelphia developers acquired the Bourse building and 400 Market St., more details are emerging as the joint venture partners prepare to convert both Old City buildings to new uses.

Hi everyone. I’m looking for recommendations for both a financial planner as well as a lawyer to draw up a will who are reasonably priced.
We are by no means wealthy but we want to make sure our kids are taken care of should something and our retirement accounts are doing the best they can. I know about Rocket Lawyer for the will but we looked at it and it’s not as detailed as it needs to be for us and our situation.
As for a financial planner, my partner and I both have a bunch of retirement accounts from different jobs that we’d like to look into combining.
Thanks!
