„ The first design was revealed in the beginning of 2017, featuring a façade composed of a mix of red brick and glass, but was denied by The Historical Commission.
A year later, the current iteration was revealed by Toll Brothers with an increased floor count and added setbacks. The proposal received a more positive reception, and the property was purchased in the beginning of 2019. Demolition of the former low-rise occupants of the site occurred from September through March.

Some Tuesday night news: a presentation to the Wash. Sq. West Civic Assoc. tonight states that the PPA is looking to get an ordinance to extend the "Super CMX-5" district to the garage at 10th & Chestnut, allowing for 1600% FAR on top of 650 parking spaces over 8 floors ?

The law firm's soon to be empty headquarters at 1701 Market Street was purchased today by the Alterra Property Group for conversion to 299 apartments units.

National Real Estate Development and Frontier Development & Hospitality Group have been selected to transform the former Family Court building into a boutique hotel and build a new location for the African American Museum in Philadelphia on a neighboring surface parking lot along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
The 247,196-square-foot former Family Court building at 1801 Vine St. is planned to include a restaurant, bar and event space in addition to the hotel.

The South Philadelphia tower will be located at 690 Schuylkill Avenue next to the Roberts Center for Pediatric Research, a recently completed high-rise that is the first of CHOP’s towers to cross the Schuylkill River.
