Reversed the custom port of the Phat 360. You can now solder a sata cable/header to these pins following the pinout: (bottom view) Might make a pcb adapter to get a header on that. This video is a quick way to dump your original Xbox eeprom directly from the motherboard with just a Raspberry Pi Pico. The code is written by myself in micropython and posted on Github.
