Antonov Airlines, in cooperation with NEO Air Charter and Logwin, transported a rim from Italy and a ferrule from Brazil, with a total weight of about 80 tons, for a kiln producing quicklime, which is a necessary product for wood producs plant in Chile. Demand for tonnage in the multipurpose vessel (MPV) space is expected to grow, but the newbuild order activity is still not following the expected trajectory. Collett Transport, a UK company specialising in heavy transport, heavy lift, marine, and transport services, has successfully completed the heavy transport and installation of a 148-tonne transformer at Neilston Grid Stability Facility in Scotland, together with IQA Elecnor Group.
