quik question, was planning on getting a 2 man kayak, where in mendota do you launch boats from and where can you hunt from, do most ppl just use boat as blind or do they set up on a bank out there? planning on scouting in the off season with my kayak from the launches..... any other central valley refuges that allow boats?

question, planning to load some bismuth loads, anyone have any expierience adding some tungsten to a bismuth load recipe for mixed shot but keeping overall shot weight the same, like for a 1 1/4 oz bismuth recipe i would use 1/4 oz tungsten and 1 oz bismuth.... i know colum would be slightly shorter, would this drastically change pressure? my bismuth recipes do not use buffer so i would not add it as i know that will change pressures.
my reason for wanting some tungsten is i usually jump...

I've hunted it once before, it was kind of slow. I have a 41 on Sunday, I think we can score a blind with that right?
My other question is, how mucky are they up there, would a 11 yr old girl be able to walk in them?

1 can you hunt ducks any day of the week here or only on wed/fri/sat??

Good evening fellas,
My pops and I have a number 7 resi for wed the 29th for Howard slough and was wondering if you guys can give some intel on what blinds ponds are relatively easier to walk meaning not the deepest water, etc. I know conditions change but trying to make it a bit easier for my old man with conditions to the blind or assigned pond.
