Hi, I've been working in D2 for 2 years and on and off have noticed a young man possibly in his late 20s/early 30s. He is clearly ill. He will look over his shoulder constantly and walk around the streets all day every day. He is tall, slim and has curly black hair. Sometimes he disappears for a few months and then is back. Looking for advice.
