Everybody knows that some level of physical activity is a must to remain healthy and tackle the never-ending daily responsibilities of our busy lives… To keep up with my many tasks and remain on top of my crazy days, I like to squeeze in a quick yoga workout or go for a walk to the park with my daughter, weather permitting.
