Here are a couple PIC's of my frame for my Late Series IV Alpine sitting on the body where I left the frame propped up to show the "single stud" of each side, unlike my Early Series SIV which has two studs on each side just like "all" of my SV Alpines.
The Body has two holes for each side underneath the top skin buy they have never been cut thruogh for a second stud.

Hi All,
I am looking for some advice as I cannot get my windshield frame to seat properly.
It sits so high I cannot get some of the nuts to start even without washers or lock washers. I have installed the adjusting nuts to help align the frame to the triangular windows on a S4. I was wondering if I should cut the openings on the seal so that the nuts do not rest on the seal itself, or should I trim back the leading edge of the dash pad ?
Any tips/advice would be appreciated.
Thanks ..read more

Longtime friends Roger and Kim Burrill have another completely restored Tiger listed for sale around 8am this morning on BAT (https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1967-sunbeam-tiger-48/) NO RESERVE. This is over the fifteenth Tiger restoration they have completed. I heard the fresh engine after Roger just reached over the driver's door, turned the key, and it started right up. I'm pleased with the new painter he got about six (6) projects ago. Check it out. Already bid to $31,000 ..read more
