Not only do we have the five new 2024 In Colors the year, but Stampin’ Up! has also added in a new color to the basics range: Basic Beige! This new color is a lot lighter than Crumb Cake, and less yellow than Very Vanilla. I’ve paired it here with Basic Black and a few bright colors with the Simply Zinnias bundle; For these samples, I used both Poppy Parade and the new Petunia Pop for a splash of happy brightness against the neutrals. I’m thrilled to share with you another scrapbooking page today, this one featuring the more furry members of the family! Many of us have pets, and it’s really nice to do a layout just for them once in a while. After all, they are a member of the family, too. For my stamping friends who love dogs, or who stamp cards for friends who have dogs, today’s project is for you! This project features both the Doggone Friendly large background stamp and the new Comforting Thoughts stamp set: I just love the pairing of this particular sentiment with this fun image. The Doggone Friendly stamp is actually quite large, covering the entire card front. Today I’d like to introduce you to the third of the five new Stampin’ Up! In Colors: Peach Pie! While I’m not a huge fan of orange shades myself, they still do have their place. A little splash of a soft orange in a bouquet, for example, can be quite striking. And Peach Pie leans more towards a peach than an orange. Let’s take a look at the brand new Petunia Pop color! This one is probably my favorite of the few new colors (so far), so this was fun to play with. Petunia Pop seems to tone in very nicely with the Bubble Bath and Fresh Freesia: For my example card, I used Petunia Pop, Bubble Bath, Fresh Freesia, Berry Burst, and Blackberry Bliss. Today’s share is a cute pop up box card, another variation from the Flight & Airy Pop Up Box Card I posted earlier this year. This is such a fun card template; you can put any items on the pop up “bridges” that suits you and the person receiving your card. For this version, I’ve used the Cutest Cow stamp and punch set, paired with the Paper Florist dies for some happy daisies.
