This concrete park may be my personal favorite in Manhattan. There is a long stretch of ledges and low impact obstacles. Address - 848 Columbus Cir, New York, NY 10019 Description - Great ledges surrounding this monument that gets heavy foot traffic and can be difficult to skate with a large crowd. There is also a dance routine that happens for a tour bus every half hour or so in front of the monument, which may be confusing at first. Address - 2401 Amsterdam Avenue Highbridge Park, 7349, New York, NY 10033 Description - Located under the Washington Bridge on the Manhattan side, the pathway to enter is located on W 181st street, along the right side of the bridge. This park is huge with tons of street style obstacles to skate. Could use a clean up, due to the trash, dirt and filth that comes from being under a major bridge. This is one small piece of what the Brooklyn Banks used to be and hopefully the rest will be restored in the future.
