The Canadian and Australian Governments have made updated announcements on relaxations to Covid-19 requirements for international travellers. Traveling to Canada from Australia Effective 1st April 2022 at 12:01am EDT, international travellers who are fully vaccinated will no longer need to provide a pre-entry COVID-19 test result to enter Canada. Random molecular tests will still be conducted on arrival and travellers will not need to isolate while waiting for test results. Sydney will benefit from the resumption of ten direct flights each week, from Vancouver from May 1, 2022.
