“Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.” — Revelation 2:4 Although the church in Ephesus was diligent in their work and labor for God, Jesus corrected them for losing their holy love, passion, and zeal for the Lord. Do you remember when you first encountered the love of ..read more

I can almost hear the sigh of relief parents are experiencing as your families get back into a rhythm with school. Some of you are sending your children to public schools, others to Christian schools, and others are homeschooling your children, but all of you are glad to have a schedule rolling again. Rhythms are ..read more

“On this day ten years ago.” There’s something sweet and bittersweet about the memories feature on our phones. You know the one that digs into your photo archive, pulls up a picture of your kids at the beach or that memory of a road trip with friends from years ago, throws it into a montage ..read more

Reading.  It’s one of those things that’s quietly slipping away from our culture. In a world of social media posts, constant distraction, and instant gratification, the simple act of sitting down with a book has become rare. A while back, I set a goal for myself: read at least 30 minutes a day, on average ..read more

“Being” before “doing.” Recently, I had an engaging conversation with someone who was stepping into what I would describe as the third season of life. This individual shared a shift in their perspective about retirement. Instead of focusing on what they wanted to do in their later years, they began asking a more profound question ..read more

Jumping to conclusions is a risky game. Making decisions or forming opinions without all the facts often leads to misunderstandings, errors, and unfair judgments (here’s what Jesus taught about judging others, persistent prayers, and the golden rule). It’s like trying to predict the end of a movie without watching the whole thing or guessing the end ..read more

Kids Ministry Building Expansion Update
Worship Center

It’s a good problem to have when we’ve reached capacity within our Kids Ministry. The number of kids — babies through 4th grade — has grown exponentially over the last couple of years. On a Sunday morning, Worship Center classrooms are filled with kids doing crafts, playing games, worshiping, and learning about how Jesus is their friend.     Give to the building project fund Recurring Gift *Select “Building Project” from the designation dropdown menu.* Because we are quickly running out of space, we’ve expanded the Kids Ministry area by about 8,600 sq. ft.
