STRATFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — The Stratford Police Department and Connecticut State Police are asking the public for assistance in locating a woman whom authorities described as armed and dangerous after her alleged role in an armed robbery last month in Stratford.
On March 19, Stratford police responded to the Stratford Motor Inn on Stratford Avenue aftera someone reported being robbed at gunpoint. The suspects were identified as two men and a woman who got away with cash and personal belongings, according to police.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- On April 25, police responded to reports of car alarms going off near Ann Street and Nichols Street.
Earlier, similar reports surfaced around Penfield Road. When officers arrived, they spotted two individuals matching the descriptions riding bicycles near Post Road.
The suspects fled into a McDonald’s where police attempted to make contact at which point both men fled out the back door.
One suspect, identified as Nazareth Sinclair, 20, attempted to escape but was caught hiding under a vehicle in a nearby parking lot.

STRATFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A convicted felon was charged on Thursday with operating a drug factory in Stratford.
Police arrested 42-year-old Stefan Bagley after a month-long narcotics investigation.
Officers seized a total of 70 grams of crack cocaine from his person, vehicle and residence.
Bagley was charged with operation of a drug factory, possession with intent to sell a narcotic substance, possession with intent to sell a hallucinogen substance and violation of conditions of his release.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- Tuesday marks 37 years since the deadliest construction accident in Connecticut's history -- the L'Ambiance Plaza collapse.
The L'ambiance Plaza collapsed on April 23, 1987, in Bridgeport, killing 28 workers.

WILTON, Conn. (WTNH) - Around 1:35 p.m. on April 15, a man was driving recklessly northbound on Danbury Road near Ridgefield Road.
The man was identified as Jorge A. Oliva, 48, of Trumbull. He was charged with assault of public safety officers, interfering with an investigation, reckless driving, failure to stop, and littering.
Officers then saw Oliva driving at high speed in the southbound lanes, endangering opposing traffic. He engaged officers in pursuit, even throwing a baseball cap out of his window during the chase.

MONROE, Conn. (WTNH) -- Monroe police are urging for a suspect or their family to come forward so that officers can solve who killed an 8-year-old girl 47 years ago.
"We are confident they know more than what has been disclosed in the past," Police Chief Keith White said in a video.
