Craving ribs, but not sure where to start? We’ve got you covered with this easy short ribs recipe, full of Big Rick’s flavour!
Ingredients
1.8kg short beef ribs
1 bottle Big Rick’s Honey BBQ Sauce
Salt and pepper
Method
Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over ribs before placing in a crockpot.
Cover with half of the bottle of Big Rick’s Honey BBQ Sauce, and cook for 7 hours on low heat.
Drain the juice from the crockpot, add the remaining BBQ Sauce and simmer for 1 hour.

If you want more spice, try using Big Rick’s With A Bite BBQ Sauce or Big Rick’s Hot As BBQ Sauce.

An easy and tasty side for any barbecue, this recipe is sure to be a winner!
Ingredients
2 capsicums (any colour)
1/2 cup Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
Cooking spray
Method
Preheat your grill to high.
Cut capsicums into strips lengthwise after removing tops and seeds.
Spray the grill with cooking spray, and reduce heat to medium.
Coat both sides of capsicum strips with Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce, then grill for 5 minutes. Flip and grill for an additional 3 minutes or until tender.

For more variety, you can use different vegetables, such as mushrooms or eggplant.

This recipe is great for when you have a bit more time to cook a meal, and you’re in the mood for some delicious flavourful pork
Ingredients
800g Pork Belly cut into 2 inch strips, de-skinned
1 teaspoon pepper corns
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
½ Cup dark soy sauce
½ cup Chinese cooking wine
½ cup Big Rick’s with a Bite BBQ Sauce
2 star anise
2 cinnamon quills
6 cups of water

INGREDIENTS
Pork
approx. 5kg of pork shoulder
For seasoning: 1tbsp olive oil, 1tsp sea salt, 1tsp freshly ground pepper
2 heaped teaspoons smoked paprika + extra for sprinkling
1 handful of fresh mint
1 fresh red chilli
6 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

This simple beef brisket recipe has the perfect combination of smokey flavour paired with the big taste of Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce.
Ingredients
1.35kg beef brisket
115g liquid smoke
1 bottle of Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
Method
Marinate your brisket in liquid smoke for 24 hours in the fridge, turning multiple times.
Place brisket in a roasting pan and pour over the bottle of Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce.
Bake in a 160C oven for 2.5 hours.
Remove from the oven and slice diagonally, against the grain, in thin slices. Return to sauce until ready to eat.

If you’re looking for a recipe to upgrade your prawns, look no further! These prawns are super simple to make, and are absolutely mouthwatering.
Ingredients
6 wooden or metal skewers
450g king prawns, shells removed
Salt and pepper
2 cups Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
Method
Prepare your grill for indirect grilling, medium-high heat.
Evenly distribute prawns amongst each skewer and place them on evenly.
Lightly coat prawns with salt and pepper all over, then place on the grill and baste with Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce.

This caramelised cauliflower recipe is great as a light meal, or as a hearty side at your next barbecue.
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, broken into bite-sized florets
1/2 cupBig Rick’s With A Bite BBQ Sauce
Method
Preheat your oven to 230C. Place cauliflower florets on a baking tray and drizzle with 1/4 cup Big Rick’s With A Bite BBQ Sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast for 12 minutes, until almost tender.
