The Premier League have announced the dates when the transfer window will open and close this summer. Clubs will officially allowed to buy and sell players from June 14th, but they will only be allowed to sign players from domestic leagues from that date. Deals involving international players will only be allowed from July 1st and after (players contrats with clubs traditionally expire on June 30th).
