last night i spent some time downloading and resizing wallpapers / backgrounds to fit my scope screen / desktop, they also work well for video player logos (instead of the stock mpc / potplayer logos),.. i used photoshop to sharpen many of them and also darkened many because my pj is so bright that bright wallpaper is blinding....if anyone is interested in checking them out or using them let me know the best way to upload a zip file that can be downloaded, there are 85 images in the folder... I'm a Windows 10 user happily using MPC H64 with MadVR. The quality is superb. I've been thinking that I might want to switch to Linux when support for Windows 10 ceases. MPC H64 with MadVR doesn't appear to have a Linux version. MPV does run on Linux. Can anyone who runs both players provide feedback on how their video quality compares? Hi. I'm trying to get the best image quality while watching movies. I'm watching 4K HDR Remuxes on my 2K Dell G2724D monitor. My monitor's HDR ( DisplayHDR 400 ) performance is bad as mentionted in RTINGS' Review so someone on reddit told me that I should turn off HDR and convert HDR to SDR with MadVR for the best image quality. I don't want any frame drops or repeats, which is why I still use Reclock. It works fine in 32-bit MPC-HC, but has not been updated in six years. Are there any viable alternatives? I use my PC (Windows 10) for Atmos all the time and suddenly Atmos doesn't work. This happened a couple of years ago and I could never find a solution so I gave up on it. A few weeks later Atmos suddenly started working again and has worked fine until now. Hard drive problem I bought a Seagate 5tb drive in March 2022. Yesterday when I booted up the drive letter was missing. I did the following steps. I changed cords. I plugged it into a direct USB port. I tried all ports on the Asus. Next I plugged it into my Acer. Same the Acer did not see the drive letter. Before I contact Seagate I want to recover the data.
