Question from the Audience:
My Updated Answer:
So it’s been 6 years since this video was posted and in 2023, that’s like eternities ago! So here’s my update on all the new companies making baby formula
My quick take:
if you’re on budget, go Gold Formulas from respective brands e.g. Aptamil Gold.
If you’ve got more to spare, go the Premium versions from respective brands e.g. Aptamil ProFutura.
Then there’s Organic and A2 protein formula to choose from e.g. Bellamy’s Organic (Specialty) and A2 Platinum (Specialty). Sometimes A2 protein formula aren’t organic CAREFUL!

On Labour Day long weekend Mrs and I went for a 10 km walk from Manly Beach to the Spit bridge (why’s it called that?)
I’ve long under appreciated the human bodies ability to walk long distances, and I really do believe now that our hips are designed to just #walkwalkwalk

I love society as it is today. Everything is acceptable, including the topic of excrement! In this video you’ll learn how to identify a healthy stool, how to adjust your diet to obtain this healthy stool, and my rule of thumb when it comes to caffeine.
The ideal stool is the Fat Submarine. Features of this are:
Fast: delivered in under 1 minute
Fat: in shape and long in length
Golden: varying from yellow to brown as well
1-Wipe: shouldn’t use up the Quiltons
No Odour: gas without odour is ideal
How does one achieve this state of stool?
More fibre. More water. Simple

A 50yo gentleman had to get amputated at the left knee because of out-of-control diabetes. Medications did NOT save him!
Doctors don’t care for you*
Medical System is broken, why? It’s geared to diagnosis and treatment, but, BUT, the pharmaceuticals are not cures, 90% of the time they’re patching up symptoms. Take for instance hypertension or high blood pressure, you take a tablet like Coversyl 5mg and it drops your pressure. But forget to take it or run out of supplies and what happens? Hypertension returns. Forget your Diabex 500mg for Type 2 diabetes, and the fasting sugar levels rise back ..read more

Expensive dairy products
Expensive beverages
Expensive bread and cereals
Expensive take aways
Notice a trend? No, not inflation (although that is part of it)…they’re all processed foods!
With inflation pressures from Health and Education…its time to DITCH unhealthy processed foods and return to good ol’ staples like fruits n vege and quality fish n meats.
The middle man companies that produce foods aren’t at fault, they’re just out to make shareholders profit and pass on the higher costs. Vote with your feet, or food should I say..

The topic of the vagina – already I’m out of my depths! Let’s proceed!
Women patients, some of you experience the unfortunate situation of recurrent bacterial vaginosis (BV). You’ve done the doctor tours and perhaps even the gyno tours and it’s still havoc. Alas you sigh! Thankfully, I went to a recent Women’s Health conference for two days and learned a thing or two about some probiotic strains that were cultured from a healthy woman’s vagina from the 1980s! I’m afraid I don’t know the specifics on how this came to be but it’s not hard to imagine that the culture was frozen in time ..read more

Everybody wants a quick hack for Losing Weight, so here’s not one nor two but eight!
Sleep 7-9 hours. Aim toward this in 30 minute blocks till you reach it over three days. E.g. Day 1: 51/2 hours Day 2: 6 hours Day 3: 61/2 hours Day 4: 7 hours. Ensure your room is super dark – use $4 garbage bin liners to seal up windows even or buy block-out curtains from IKEA for about $100. People who sleep less than this are stressing their bodies causing it to think, “War-time mode! insulin gushes out, store up reserves ie. fat!
Skip a meal a couple times each week. The longer you extend fa ..read more

Approaching me is a man in his early 40s. Stumbling would be the better word as he has a flare up of gout – severe pain in his big toe acccompanied by swelling and tenderness. Gout is caused by crystallization of uric acid at joints around the body including elbows and ankles, often affecting men and lasting 1-2 weeks. He hands me a prescription for colchicine, an anti-inflammatory. In his other hand he clutches a vial of prednisone tablets, enough for a few days. It’s a classic presentation at the pharmacy of an acute gout attack, except that it isnt. This poor man has had unrelenting ..read more
