I have a 2013 Volvo XC 60 that is having issues were everything on the dash is going crazy. The radio turns on and of by itself, the signals won’t work, my keyless entry won’t work, door locks won’t work, and my speedometer and rpm drop to 0 and then it all pops on and off like that for an hour or so. One mechanic says it’s the CEM and the other says I need a new instrument cluster. Being a car guy, and always wanting a deal, I bought them with salvage titles from Copart. Mine had bad hail damage. I glue pulled everything, but couldn't get the aluminum hood to look right.
