  The BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy (BC ENV) has recently made changes to Pre-Approvals required under Protocol 6 to give more professional judgement authority to Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals (CSAP).  Effective April 1, 2024, a Pre-Approval from BC ENV is no longer required for the following scenarios: Remediating a flow-through contaminated site.
