So many of us carry trauma with us, especially sensitive hearts. We protect ourselves by wrapping up the trauma or pain in a blanket and tucking it deep inside without even realizing it. What if you carried that tucked-away trauma for lifetimes. Well, many of the sessions I have had relate to trauma tucked away that we feel, but have no idea what it is from. Is it even ours, or are we carrying it for someone else? It is hard to tell, but one thing I love about the QHHT method of hypnosis is that we can get to the roots of issues like stored pain and trauma in the body and release it. When we ..read more

So, we didn’t start out living a grain free life. I ate at regular Mexican and Italian restaurants just like everyone else in America for most of my life. Then, when chronic illness hit our family…things changed. We discovered the GAPS diet and took some time healing our guts…and thank goodness we did…because at the time we didn’t realize that we would be treating Lyme, PANDAS/PANS and eventually mold exposure. My son and I were so sensitive to certain foods, that we just felt terrible when we ate them. Not only our guts, but energy levels, concentration and “brain fog”. It’s a long list th ..read more

It is important that you feel safe and connected for your session, so I am here to answer any questions you may have. When you arrive, we will go over your list of questions and concerns to be addressed during your session. We will also get to know one another so that when your session begins, you will feel safe and comfortable. This will allow you to go into the deepest level trans, and will allow your conscious mind to step aside without hesitation. This will provide you with the best outcome for your session. Not all QHHT sessions give us the results we expect, but from my experience the ..read more

Keeping our cool not only feels better, but it helps us sleep better and we can also work to balance our fight response and kick it into rest and relax. There is scientific evidence showing that meditation actually changes the brain. There is also evidence showing that calming the nervous system can affect the immune system. The act of feeling better and more relaxed has been proven to enhance our immunity! What better reason to take care of ourselves not only to feel better, but to claim our best health. This isn’t as easy when we are in the middle of an illness or life trauma. Not only is o ..read more

This is my one long article. It whooshes over everything. don’t feel you need to read it all, but I know it will speak to someone. Who is this crazy woman writing this blog about chronic illness recovery? Why is she bothering to do this? What does she know about it anyway? Well, I know a lot about chronic illness. If I were to go through my entire life of illness, I would have to go back to my childhood where I was sick from a young age. I’m not by any means complaining, but if you are interested in my story, here it is. As a young girl in elementary school I missed most of 2nd grade due to ..read more

I don’t think anyone could argue against getting good sleep, especially when healing or dealing with life trauma. Restless sleep, or sleepless nights can plague a stress filled life, and lying in bed with racing thoughts and worries can throw a wrench in the works. Well, lets make lemons out of lemonade and look into some things that we have successfully used to get better rest, and even reduce anxiety during the day. This has been especially he ..read more

poem by Anne Goggans © 2022 Dark clouds Have stormed for so long I barely remember the sun You know the kind So heavy with rain They barely hold up the sky As if to erupt every moment Gray mist begins to part As Radiant rays slice away With warm return In reliable expectancy As the thickest water laden air Gives way to golden beams Hope returns  And heartbreak subsides ..read more
