By the 31st March 2024, workers will no longer be able to carry over leave they were unable to take during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, emergency rules were put in to place which meant workers could carry over up to 4 weeks of holiday into the next two leave years. ACAS Publishes final version of Flexible Working Code

On 11 January 2024 ACAS published its revised Code of Practice on requests for flexible working.
