The Five By Five Interview with Philip Miller I’ve never met Philip Miller in real life, though for a while we worked for the same newspaper (I don’t remember if I subbed his copy or not, which bodes well: I usually remember the bylines of people whose copy was a total nightmare to deal with :-D).
