While we appear to be living in a solid, physical body, the truth is that we are energetic in nature, connected to a vast unified field of energy. As we explore what this means, we come closer to understanding our true nature.
Here are seven exercises to get you started.
Close your eyes and taking a few deep breaths. Imagine creating a ball of energy between your hands. Slowly bring your palms closer together and then further apart, repeating this motion in a series of pulsing movements. What do you sense or experience as your hands come closer together?

As the founder of Boundless Joy, I work with angelic and Divine energies to assist people on their path of awakening their own inner Joy.
My work as a conduit of these energies unfolds in two ways:
Through one-on-one sessions that are tailored to your individual needs, and
Through the development of energy-based audios and tools that enable individuals to connect with energetic frequencies on their own.
We offer a variety of audios in the Boundless Joy store. Some connect you with specific Divine energies such as Divine Joy or Divine Peace. Others transmit specific angelic frequencies t ..read more

I recently went on a trip with my sister, just to get away from it all for a few days and enjoy a change of scenery.
While travelling, I spent some time contemplating the elements that contribute to effective self-care. I also maintained a regular practice of working with the energy of Divine Kindness – which assists me in focusing inward on the importance of being kind to myself.
There’s a softness and an effervescence to the energy of Divine Kindness. It helps clear the internal blocks and debris that can cause us to doubt our legitimate need – and even our worthiness – for deep self-care ..read more

Sometimes life can be a noisy, turbulent thing.
There is so much happening in our lives and in the world that can fuel our stress and anxiety. This discord can also rob us of our sleep and undermine our sense of well-being.

Most importantly, we have the opportunity – and can make the choice – to go within our own oasis of inner peace. We can choose to enter a state of being that is not affected by what is happening in ..read more

Given the many and varied challenges we face in our lives, it may seem like true Joy is elusive.
The truth, though, is that Joy – which I call Boundless Joy – is always accessible. And you can take steps to have it be more fully present in your experience of life.
As a starting point, it is important to understand the distinction between happiness and Joy.
Happiness is typically experienced as a temporary feeling that arises when one of your particular desires is fulfilled, or when you view your circumstances as being favorable.
True Joy, in contrast, is an energetic state of being. As such ..read more

If your efforts to bring more happiness into your life are not delivering lasting results, perhaps it is time to focus, instead, on allowing in Joy.
We seem hard-wired to seek out the things and experiences we believe will make us happy. This state of mind is so important that the U.S. Declaration of Independence asserts people have an inalienable right to the pursuit of happiness.
Many of us—regardless of the country we live in—see happiness as our birthright, and we are willing to go to great lengths to achieve it. And there is no shortage of advice out there on how to become happier.

How do you perceive what is happening to you and around you?
More specifically, what do you tell yourself when something “bad” happens? Do you blame yourself or others for your circumstances? Do you believe you are unlucky or unworthy of having joy, health and abundance? Do you wonder if perhaps you have been abandoned by the Universe itself?
Or do you take every experience in stride, without judging any as being positive or negative?
These are important considerations because the stories and explanations we tell ourselves as we try to make sense of our experiences impact every aspect of our ..read more
